Logistics moves around 80% of the products people use every day, and the operational systems behind it are too fragmented to work reliably. We are building the foundation that makes them simpler, more connected, and easier to evolve — and we are hiring engineers, product builders, and operators who want to build it with us.
Why Tigris
Sea captains have run global trade for thousands of years, relying on skill and experience to bring cargo safely ashore. The systems supporting them have not kept pace with how connected, time-sensitive, and unforgiving modern operations have become — leaving teams to compensate manually, with cost and risk built in.
Tigris exists to close that gap. We are not here to replace the people who run logistics. We are here to give them infrastructure that works at the scale and speed of their operations, so they can focus on the parts of the job that actually matter — moving real cargo across waves, cranes, and highways.
We move fast. We need people who can work in environments that are sometimes ambiguous and always demanding — but always in service of building something that has to hold up in real operations.

Job titles describe what you do most of the time, not all of the time. We do not expect you to be an expert in everything. We do expect you to give everything your best shot.

We do not have enough people to meet our active customer commitments, deliver the pilots in flight, and respond to inbound demand. We are looking for engineers and product builders who can bring modern data tools and human-centred design to a deeply operational industry.
