This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the Tigris Systems Ltd (“Tigris”) platform and services. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Tigris Terms of Service.
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including data protection, privacy, intellectual property, or export control laws.
- Upload, transmit, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messaging.
- Use the Services for competitive benchmarking, reverse engineering, or to build a competing product or service.
- Circumvent any security measures, access controls, usage limits, or rate limits imposed by Tigris.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Services available to third parties without Tigris’s prior written consent.
- Use the Services to process Prohibited Data as defined in the Terms of Service.
- Use the Services for High Risk Activities as defined in the Terms of Service.
Enforcement. Tigris may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user or Customer that violates this AUP. Where practicable, Tigris will provide prior notice before suspension.
